“The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of those depths.”

- Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

Dream it.

YOU have specific gifts, talents, and abilities that the world needs. YOU have seeds inside of you that if they are properly watered, fertilized, and tended to, you can produce a crop 100-fold. And that doesn’t necessarily mean you have 100k Insta followers, but it might! We won’t know until you start! It doesn’t have to be big by the world’s standards. We’re shooting for BIG by Heaven’s standards, and those metrics are quite different. Don’t know how to get started? We consult and help people find their path.

Build it.

Are you restless? Maybe something is being cultivated and born in you. Start small. Start with what is near. Start with what is dear. King David didn’t become King over night. In fact, he was anointed King and then BAM! Thirteen years later he was king. He was anointed and then went back into the fields to work as a shepherd. But it was that everyday work that prepared him for the work of a lifetime! Just get moving!

Cultivate it.

Anything worth doing is hard. DON’T GIVE UP! Take breaks? Yes. Be in cycles of rest? Yes. But don’t give up on the process of whatever the Lord has you doing. Seek HIM first. Seek an intimate relationship with your Father in Heaven FIRST through His Word as outlined in the Bible and all these things will be added to you. He is a God of process and too many people give up during the process because it gets hard. Dig in and refuse to give up during the process! YOU CAN DO THIS!

Learn it.

We are learning beings. We were designed to work and grow. Work was a part of the original design—it wasn’t until AFTER the fall of Adam and Eve that work became “by the sweat of our brow.” BUT that means that if we are not sowing our God given gifts and abilities out into the world in some way, we feel unfulfilled. Step into who you were designed to be by figuring out how to share your gifts and abilities with the world around you!

Style it.

YOUR way of doing things is what matters. YOUR spin. YOUR style. You and I may share certain traits, but how YOU express them and how YOU tell your story is different than mine. The world needs your story, so let’s tell it. People’s stories are threaded through whatever it is they produce. Not everyone is a writer, but there are infinite amounts of ways to tell stories. Some do it through cooking, art, music, finance, or even lawyering!

Share it.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. I’m good at strategy and implementation. Do you need my gifts in order to share your gifts? Let me help you! I’m also an idea machine. That’s right—a MACHINE. Share with me your loves and I’ll share with you all kinds of tools, ideas, and pathways to get there!

Each one of us is multifaceted. Wrestling in the depths of our souls and choosing not to lie to ourselves, but instead to dig for the gold within us allows for our true selves to emerge with peace and confidence.

About Kelli Macatee

While I’m a licensed real estate Broker Associate in the state of Texas & a sales manager for a top producing real estate company, my educational background is clinical psychology and communications where I focused on the convergence of personality theory, brain health, & family systems. As much as I love academia and the clinical world, there was something missing for me—business. As I was in the clinical world, I felt guilty spending time watching global markets because I “should” be doing other, more pertinent research and work. I was drawn into the global markets because I found that they and the fascinating movements of economics and supply and demand effected every human on the planet in very profound ways, whether they recognized it or not. I had no idea how much my psychological training would come into play in real estate on so many levels! I have now figured out how to combine them and use predictable and fairly established human behavior patterns to predict and understand markets. It’s fascinating and it makes me better at my job. KelliMacatee.com is where I combine all my passion projects under one heading because for me, they’re all connected, are intertwined, and feed each other. For a complete list of my education and qualifications, please see my resume and curriculum vitae HERE.

  • The Encourager

    LIGHT SIDE

At my core, I’m an encourager and a cheerleader. I truly believe that YOU can have everything you deeply long for if you’re willing. I believe that YOU were designed and destined for greatness and it doesn’t matter if that greatness is a janitor at a school or a CEO of a fortune 500 company. It’s what’s in the depths of you that is the real treasure! My mission is to reach as many people as possible and activate in them their God-given gifts and talents. What is your core self?

  • Facing Reality

    DARK SIDE

Sometimes I can get really discouraged by all the wickedness, apathy, and foolishness out in the world and sometimes even in myself. I make this face a LOT and I shake my head in disbelief a LOT, especially when I’m confronted with the reality of hurt, pain, poverty, abuse, etc. in the world. I can pretty easily spin out into discouragement, hopelessness, and despair. It’s a constant battle. The truth is, people have to choose their path and I have to let them. Not everyone chooses a path of hope and love and that’s okay. What is your flip side that can quickly and easily “take you down?”

  • The Work Horse

    SERIOUS SIDE

As happy and lighthearted as I am, I have a very serious side. Because of my friendly, outgoing, smily exterior, my serious side and intensity can surprise people. To me, they all fold together and weave the tapestry of my make up, and because I’m serious about the best in people, I’m often more excited about their potential than they are. I like to be direct, bold, effective, efficient, and an implementer. I’m a work horse, not a show pony. But this can flip on me and while it’s one of my greatest assets it can also be one of my biggest downfalls. What’s yours?
