Consulting Packages
My day job is a residential real estate Broker Associate at Compass and the Director of Operations for the top producing team, The Danuser Rado Group. That role along with being a wife and mother get most of my time and energy, but every once in a while, I come across someone who is interested in utilizing some of my gifts. If I have the bandwidth, I love to help!
Consulting packages fall in three main categories: Personal Wellness, Real Estate, and Content. Often the three are linked! Every human has blind spots. Sometimes it’s helpful to have a trusted source come in and help us see what maybe we’re so accustomed to that we can’t see it anymore. This happens all throughout our lives. All consultations are confidential and there is a confidentiality agreement put in place before each consult.
Basic Consult, $25, 15 minute call
Know you need to make some changes in your world, but not real sure where to start? Sign up for this introductory 15 minute call to gain some quick insight and direction.
Intermediate Consult, $50 45 minute call
Take advantage of more time and leave with a loose road map a few customized resources to check out. This may be all you need to be off and running for a while!
Advanced, $500 monthly retainer
All access pass to endless resources in all things health and wellness! This package includes weekly check ins and proper adjustments made along the way depending needs.
Real Estate Consult, $50 per hour
Maybe you don’t know yet if you need me. Schedule a 30 minute phone call and I may be able to give you a quick pathway and you’ll be off to the races and then you don’t need me anymore. Great!
Real Estate Consult Package 2, $150
Walk through of your property with a verbal pathway of execution. I will provide any resources you might need to be off and running! Use this package as often as you want! This provides a 1 hour, in home consultation and a customized resource list.
Real Estate Consult Package 3, $500 one time or recurring monthly retainer
In depth analysis of all your real estate assets. This option includes extensive reports and evaluations of all your assets and their estimated current market value. This is a great option for those who carry several properties in their portfolio and need to evaluate how the whole puzzle fits together.
Real Estate Offerings
Now a days, there are lots of ways to buy and sell real estate. While I would prefer the opportunity to earn you business in all of your buying and selling needs, sometimes people don’t need that particular service. Maybe you already have an agent you like and are working with but want a second opinion or perspective. Maybe you’re an attorney and are able to perform your own real estate transactions in the state of Texas. Maybe you’re in a financial situation in which using a discount broker makes sense for you and your family, but you’d like to have another expert, broker opinion in the mix to feel good about your pathway. Whatever the need, these packages are designed to offer you what you need to make the best decisions for you and your family. As with the personal wellness consulting packages, a confidentiality agreement will be put in place. I am a licensed real estate broker with the state of Texas (Broker Associate number 0680146) and I am a Broker Associate with Compass. Compass is my broker of record. Personal Wellness Consultations, Inspiration, & Plans
I have found that often real estate and personal wellness are linked! Every human has blind spots. Sometimes it’s helpful to have a trusted, outside source come in and help us see what we’re so accustomed to that we can’t see it anymore. This happens all throughout our lives. Often we don’t need full on therapy. Sometimes we simply need a trained eye, some resources, and someone to explore with. Please see my resume & curriculum vitae HERE for qualifications. Please note that I am not a licensed mental health practicer. If I see any signs that alert me to the notion that a licensed mental health practitioner is needed, a referral will be made. I can also work with a licensed practitioner if you’re already working with one and need some additional support. These services fall more into the “coaching” category than anything else. For example, personally, I went through a 10 year stage where my home was driving me nuts. Everything I did felt like I was moving chairs around on the Titanic. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but my home was expressing the chaos I felt inside and it was rattling me. It expressed itself through irritation a lot and my precious family didn’t know what the deal was—they just thought I was cranky all the time—HA! And while I was, there was something deeper going on. Once I realized that, did a little work to clear the clutter out inside, that freedom started to express itself in my home. Walla! More peace and joy in my home! Sometimes it’s very simple adjustments that can bring big rewards!
Content Creation and Creative Offerings
I love molding and shaping ideas and concepts and then using words to convey those ideas and concepts to inspire, shape, and guide people. The pen is so often mightier than the sword because it penetrates the human mind and soul in such a unique way. Do you have an idea or concept you need to convey to a group? Writing Package Consult, $300
This initial writing package includes 3 hours of research on your topic or brand including 2, one hour consults directly with you to fully grasp your needs. We’ll discuss where your holes are and if I’m a good fit to fill some of those holes and provide value. Ask about my project based work and retainer options if you need longer term help!
Speaking Package Consult, $500
Need an engaging speaker for your event? I love to inspire & activate people to greatness! With a wide variety of expertise, there are a lot of topics I can speak to! This package includes extensive research into your topic of choice and one on one time to collaborate for your specific needs!
Promotional Deck for Investors, $500
Do you have an investment project that you need to share with potential investors? One of my gifts is being able to convey ideas and concepts to others in a useful way. Often, those who are amazing at pulling together people and various parts of an investment project stress out when it comes to the marketing materials needed to transfer knowledge to another potential investor. That’s where I come in. This is a fully customizable consultation package that will start with an estimate and deliverables unto full execution.
